YOUAR grew out of a world-class, highly creative, technically innovative, animation/production company, Bent Image Lab, / Bent Design Lab based in Portland, Oregon. Our team of artists had visions of how Augmented Reality could inspire the world with art and wonder.

We wanted to build user-to-user persistent AR experiences. however, THE TECHNOLOGY JUST WASN’T THERE. With the help of some inspired young geniuses, we struck out to build our own. IN THE PROCESS we became a technology company, inventing an entirely new AR cloud framework, creating the only multi application AR browser, the Adaptive Anchor Network, started the Open AR Cloud Foundation, Cofounded the Open AR Cloud Foundation, and Developed 11 AR related patents to date.
